Fun to Grow Mimosa Pudica (Dancing Plant) - Sensitive Seeds

Your Dancing plant will give you loads of fun. Gently touch its leaves with a pencil or your finger and the leaves will dance and curl up tightly and then gently uncurl when you are not looking! Height 25cm (10").

Growing Information

Soak your seeds in warm water for 20 minutes before sowing. Sow the seeds into small plant pots by gently pushing them slightly into the compost, then put a clear bag over the pot (securing with an elastic band) and put them on a sunny windowsill. Your seedlings should appear in 21-30 days. When big enough to handle, put each plant in their own pot. Keep your plants moist and they will soon be 'dancing' when you touch them. If you're lucky your plants may even flower with a pink 'pom-pom' style flower.
